World Junior Curling Championship 1986

Laurie Artiss Ltd 25th. 1993

The Deaf Persons of Canada have a National Championship every year.  My wife, Nancy Cleveland, was an official at this

championship. The Town Clock of Halifax is a symbol of the capital city of Nova Scotia and the "Bluenose Ship" on this
pin is the ship which won a sailing race years ago by the original "Bluenose Sailing Ship" constructed here in the
province of Nova Scotia. This ship is featured on the back of the Canadian coin called the "Dime" (ten cent piece)
of Canada. Recently, other designs have replaced the"Bluenose" much to the chagrin of the average person!
We ALL want the "Bluenose" on our "dime"!!               Jim Cleveland Nova Scotia.
